CARE AND WARRANTY

FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

I personally select the highest quality materials and painstakingly construct each instrument as though I were building it for myself. I am pleased to offer the original purchaser a five year limited warranty against defects in materials and construction and will repair or replace the guitar free of charge in the unlikely event that a problem should develop.  The following conditions will apply to any and all warranty claims:

The original purchaser shall contact me in advance of shipping to discuss the specific nature of the claim. A return authorization will be issued with shipping instructions.  Shipping and insurance expense will be the responsibility of the owner.

Warranty will not cover damage due to accidents, misuse or abuse, unauthorized modifications, extremes in temperature or humidity and normal wear and tear.
